In collaboration with the wonderful team of Yogascope, we have created this retreat combining the movement of yoga with that of the waves, by the ocean.

A week with these wonderful women in Mimizan, nourishing the body, the heart, the laughter and the taste buds. These suspended days were sacred moments of sharing, movement, joy and sweetness.
